Fees & Billing Information

At ProHealth Family Medical Centre Cranbourne, we are committed to providing accessible and high-quality healthcare to our patients. To ensure transparency, below is an overview of our billing policies and service charges.

Allied Health Services are eligible for bulk billing only when a valid GP Management Plan (Care Plan) has been established and is active

Bulk Billing – 7 Days a Week

We proudly offer bulk billing for all patients with a valid Australian Medicare Card, making healthcare affordable and accessible. Telehealth Consultation is free for Medicare Patients. Telehealth Consultation is not available on weekends.

Consultation Fees (For Non-Medicare Holders & Private Patients)

For patients without Medicare or private health insurance, consultation fees apply. Telehealth Consultation is not available for private patients.

  • Standard Consultation Fees Start From: $70
  • We accept: BUPA, NIB & Medibank Private Cards

Out-of-Pocket Fees for Additional Services

Certain medical services require an out-of-pocket fee due to their complexity or resource requirements.

🩺 Telehealth Consultation Fees

  • Bulk billing available for:
  • No gap fee applies for Medicare Patients
  • Concession card holders – Only between 9 AM – 3 PM
  • No Telehealth Consultation available on Saturday & Sunday

💉 Specialized Medical Services

  • Iron Infusion – $150
  • Implanon Removal – $60
  • Implanon Insertion – $60
  • Pre-Employment Medicals – $250
  • Complex Dressing – $20
  • Driving Fitness Assessment – $150

Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy

Respecting appointment schedules allows us to serve all patients effectively. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within the required time to avoid fees.

General GP Appointments

  • $30 Cancellation Fee applies if you fail to cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before your appointment.
  • This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. (Special circumstances will be considered.)

📅 Allied Health & Specialist Appointments

  • A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations.
  • $50 Cancellation Fee applies for Physiotherapy, Dietitian, Exercise Physiology, and Podiatry appointments.
