Dr M Shahbaz is a highly experienced and compassionate General Practitioner with over 36 years of medical practice since graduating with an MBBS degree in 1987. He has broad and diverse clinical backgrounds, with particular interest and expertise in men’s health, paediatrics, and communicable diseases. His commitment to providing comprehensive and empathetic care has made him a trusted and respected GP within the community.

He spent over 15 years working in the Emergency Department at Monash Health, as Senior Medical Officer. This equipped him with strong diagnostic skills and the ability to manage complex medical situations with confidence and precision.

Dr Shahbaz is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), a recognition of his dedication and knowledge to excellence in general practice and ongoing professional development. Patients appreciate his approachable nature, cultural sensitivity, and the genuine care he brings to every consultation.

In addition to English, Dr Shahbaz speaks Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and Arabic, allowing him to connect with a wide range of patients and better understand their individual health needs.

Dr. Bhatti has additional training in paediatrics, ultrasound, and pain management—including prolotherapy, ultrasound-guided joint injections, and steroid therapy—to relieve pain and improve mobility. His personalised, evidence-based approach supports patients of all ages, particularly those with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Dedicated to lifelong learning, Dr. Bhatti continues to make a meaningful impact in the communities he serves everyday.

Dr Nazia completed her MBBS from Pakistan in 2009. She has worked in major hospitals in Melbourne across multiple fields such as general medicine, emergency medicine, geriatrics and rehabilitation, surgery and obstetrics & gynaecology to gain broad experience leading to her career in general practice.

Her special interests are women's health and chronic disease management but she enjoys all aspects of general practice. Dr Nazia is fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi. Outside work she enjoys baking, pilates and keeps herself engaged in DIY home projects.

Dr Sudurikku graduated from The University of Colombo, Sri Lanka in 1990. She has since worked in Tertiary Hospitals in Colombo including specialist maternity and children’s hospitals for 20 years as well as a part-time GP for 8 years.

Dr Rupika has extensive experience in family medicine, completing a Diploma in Family Medicine in Sri Lanka.

She completed her Fellowship of the RACGP (FRACGP) in Australia. She has been practicing as a full-time GP in the South-East of Melbourne since 2011.

Dr Sudurikku approaches her patients in a kind and compassionate manner and is fluent in both English and Sinhalese.

This includes treatment of skin and nail disorders, corns, calluses, ingrown toenails, diabetes foot care, muscular-skeletal injuries and paediatric foot conditions.
